How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched same day.

Our free postage option uses Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, which takes 2-3 working days, and our optional 1st Class service is 1-2 working days.

Do you have a warranty on your products?

Yes, all of our products have a 12 month warranty. If your glasses have broken unexpectedly, please send us a photo and we'll get them replaced.
