Returns

Changed your mind? No problem.

  • You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, just contact our support team with your order number.

For damaged or faulty items:
You don’t need to send the product back. Just send us a clear photo showing the issue, and we’ll take care of it from there.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month warranty as standard.

  • If your item develops a fault within this period, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a refund.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not accidental damage or wear and tear.
